Ahjo’s story

Our roots go back more than four decades being one of the eldest agency in Finland. Ahjo name signifies “a furnace”, where metal is moulded into new shapes, and it was launched in 2016. We are passionate about changing the way how communications is seen and practised. We see it as a vital strategic capability that is based on authenticity and purpose. Something all thought leaders should have.

We are 14 professionals, who come from different backgrounds and team up to perform at our best. We are also the only Great Place to Work sertified workplace within creative agencies in Finland.

Ahjo is owned by it’s three partners, founder Sari-Liia Tonttila, Heini Hirvonen and Eva Torra.
