After a couple of years, Ahjo participated in the Great Place To Work survey in April 2026, which examines employee experience, company culture, and trust. The results were excellent, and as a result Ahjo has been certified as a Great Place To Work workplace. Ahjo also received the certification in 2024. The certification is based on the Trust Index employee -survey, which measures employees’ experiences of factors such as trust, leadership, and the functionality of the work community. At Ahjo, particularly strong results were seen in the areas of safety, equality, and collaboration. The results reflect an open communication culture, mutual trust, and the fact that everyone can be themselves at work. The strength of collaboration is visible in everyday work through smooth cooperation and a willingness to help others succeed.
“In many areas, we are above the average for small workplaces (20–49 employees), especially in team spirit and the sense of caring. It is great to come to work knowing that things run smoothly and people
enjoy being there. Thanks go to everyone”, says Maria Kesti, COO.
