We help navigate change by making communication meaningful and impactful. Our team consists of passionate and diverse communication professionals. We are all driven by meaningful work, long-term dedication, and responsibility. Our core values are quality, love, and courage. Our vision is to be a company that redefines communication and communication culture. We are known especially for strategic communications, crisis communications, and training. We focus on the health sector, infrastructure, and brands.

 

Our office has roots going back over 40 years, but Ahjo, our new creative hub, was born in the summer of 2016. We aim to transform communication and communication culture by clarifying values, increasing dialogue, and shifting leadership towards a values-driven approach. We do this primarily by building thought leadership for our clients.

The Importance of Communication is Growing. According to leaders surveyed this year, the importance of communication will continue to grow. We see this too. Based on this, we have been preparing for the future direction with our board and team. Megatrends are shaping the work environment: work is increasingly hybrid, influence is increasingly digital, and strategies emphasize the need for a better tomorrow. Ahjo’s core business is consulting its clients in this new world. 

 

Trainings focuses on coaching interaction and communication skills as well as mastering channels. Advisors provides strategic advice, media work, and crisis preparedness. Communications & content is our area of expertise in digital influence, including impactful content and campaigns.
